ABOUT SRINIVAS RAGHAVAN
Dr. Srinivas Raghavan is a visionary business executive, strategist, and innovation leader with over two decades of experience in driving global transformation. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Innovation & Strategy from the University of California, San Diego, he bridges the worlds of deep technology and business leadership.
Srinivas has led digital transformation initiatives across Fortune 1000 companies, startups, and nonprofits—bringing a unique blend of expertise in AI, e-commerce, human experience design, and leadership development. He is currently the CTO of Brand Compass AI, where he is building Zena, an advanced multi-agent AI/ML platform that redefines how brand managers operate in a digital-first world.
He has held leadership roles at global tech giants like Qualcomm, served as CTO of ReadySetSurgical, and contributed as a strategist and educator in digital health and innovation. His thought leadership is reflected through his patents, research publications, and global speaking engagements.

A LEADER IN INNOVATION & EXECUTION
Srinivas holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from The Ohio State University (1998), where he focused on understanding and designing the human experience. Later, he earned an MBA in Innovation & Strategy from the University of California, San Diego (2008), giving him a strong combination of technical knowledge, business insight, and strategic vision.
Currently, as the CTO of Brand Compass AI, he is transforming brand management by developing Zena—a multi-agent AI/ML platform that significantly enhances a brand manager’s strategic, analytical, and execution abilities.
